HONEY MUSTARD ROASTED NUTS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1/4 cup pepitas

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder

  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray a baking sheet with oil.

  2. Whisk all ingredients for the sauce together in a medium bowl (everything but the nuts).

  3. Add the nuts to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.

  4. Spread nuts on the oiled baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  5. Keep in an air tight container on the counter; will last for up to 2 weeks.
