homemade ranch dressing

  • 1 cup mayo (homemade or a quality brand like this one)

  • 2 tbsp full fat coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2-3 tsp dried dill

  • 2-3 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: filtered water (to thin)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Start with the lower amount of the spices, mix everything together, taste and add more spices according to your preference.

  2. If you are making this as a dip, you may stop here. If you are making it as a salad dressing, add filtered water 1-2 tbsp at a time until you have reached desired consistency.

  3. Place in storage container and keep in the fridge (if it makes it that far!). Dressing will last in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
