everything spiced chicken tenders




  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/3 cup tapioca starch

  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp garlic granules

  • 2 tsp onion granules

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Whisk the egg in a small bowl, and mix the almond flour, tapioca starch and spices in a shallow dish.

  2. Blot the chicken tenders with a paper towel to dry them. Cover each chicken tender in the egg and then the almond flour mixture and set aside.

  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat, and once hot, add ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add as many tenders as you can to the pan without over crowding it. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until they are cooked throughout and browned on both sides. Set finished chicken tenders on a plate, add more ghee, and cook the rest the same way.

  4. Serve with sweet potato fries and a side salad (or sides of choice) and your favorite dipping sauce! I love this ranch or this BBQ sauce with mine. :)


If you are using the pre-made/bottled version of everything bagel seasoning, just use 2-3 tbsp.
