Recipes, including step-by-step instructions on how to prepare, store and reheat each meal.
I will take any dietary restrictions into consideration - paleo, AIP, GAPS, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, etc.
To reduce grocery bill and unused foods, I will coordinate meals together so that many of them use similar foods (but with different flavor profiles). This also makes cooking and storage easier - especially if you are doing batch cooking at the beginning of each week.
