  • Weekly plans consisting of 3 meals per day (5 day week, M-F), tailored to your schedule, your likes/dislikes, and any potential food intolerances.

  • Recipes, including step-by-step instructions on how to prepare, store and reheat each meal.

  • I will take any dietary restrictions into consideration - paleo, AIP, GAPS, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, etc.

  • To reduce grocery bill and unused foods, I will coordinate meals together so that many of them use similar foods (but with different flavor profiles). This also makes cooking and storage easier - especially if you are doing batch cooking at the beginning of each week.

One of the first things I tell any client is that the best way to maintain a properly-prepared, nutrient dense diet is by cooking meals at home. That way, you know EXACTLY what foods you're putting into your body, and you have much more control over it.

That being said, many of us are too busy to do all that cooking or just flat out don't enjoy doing it. That's where I come in!

With this service, I will work with you to find out your likes/dislikes, any food sensitivities or health priorities you may have, and how your schedule works. I will then either come to your home to cook, package and store your meals for the week, or I will do the cooking in a commercial kitchen and deliver them to your door. This way, you can reap all the benefits of home cooked meals without having to spend hours in the kitchen during your leisure time!


Pricing starts at $150 for 5 dinners with leftovers for lunch - plus the cost of groceries (discounts available on couple/family packages or if you're a Nutritional Therapy client - contact me for price customization details). There is also a $50 initial consultation fee in which we will spend up to 1 hour (over the phone or in person) going over your dietary needs, health priorities, and any further information that may be necessary.

  • Within 24 hours of our initial consultation, I will provide you with more concrete pricing and you will have a chance to make adjustments to your plan.

  • Once we have a plan set in place, I will come to your home (additional fee for delivery) and prepare your meals. I will place them in individual reusable containers and include reheating instructions if necessary. If you are doing a monthly package, I will come to your home once a week for preparation.
